The Song of Loreleiby *KristinaGehrmann

Lorelei/Loreley/Loreli, a figure from German mythology. She's a siren from the Rhine river and her singing causes havoc and shipwrecks.

I've already painted a mermaid with a sinking ship in 2011, but thought that I should be able to do better. And indeed, I like this new version more

Painted in Photoshop, using a Wacom tablet, as always.

Eine tolle Umsetzung des Sagenstoffes! Das Licht und die Farben allgemein sehen toll aus.
So lebendig und natürlich hab ich noch keine Loreley gesehn. Sie strahlt neben ihren sexuellen Reizen richtiggehend Überlegenheit und eien gehörige Portion an Witz aus.
