The nobility probably wouldn't have worn pink dresses in Tudor times because it looked like washed-out, faded red, surely a sign that you couldn't afford new clothes. This is exceptional. Great pose for Katherine Parr, Henry VIIIs last wife. While she actually did outlive the sickly old king, she barely escaped with her head on her neck...
